If you give us the option to determine the upload directory (with whatever you want as a default) then we designers could integrate it better with established Dreamweaver built sites. If you had some sort of simple date-based syncing (Movable Type does this with templates) then Dreamweaver-based designers and our Cushy-powered clients could both have access--very useful!
A graduated scale of some sort would be useful. I usually start experimenting with a service w/one of my no-budget public-good sites. If I like it I start introducing it to clients, who have the means to pay. Practically, most of my clients want a site built and finished so they don't have to think about it--a one time (or at most annual) charge would be much much better than a monthly one.
