Allow custom WYSIWYG options for designers

Allow designers to modify which options are available to the editors. For instance, the designer may allow the editor to place images in one panel and in another remove that option!!

Definitely a good idea. I don't want my clients to be able to add *anything* to every editable section, especially images or tables.
A simple set of options for each wysiwyg block would be very useful.

Agreed, too many options for the editor can cause great distress for the designer at times. Having the choice to adjust the WYSIWYG options according to different clients would really help.

I second this, and would like to connect it to another issue in debate: to give editors a choice of predefined CSS-styles to use in editing, instead of letting them loose on font sizes and such. That would go a long way to keep the flavour of a site and the design intact.
